Paralee Cook is an
actress from Vancouver who has appeared in numerous film, television and
theatre programs (ABC's Once Upon A Time, AMC's The Killing,
Italian American Reconciliation) over the past 20 years.
Since
2002 she has been producing and starring in a number of independent
films - including the feature length titles Everything and Everyone, Subhuman, Taming Tammy,
and Blood: A Butcher's Tale - to some degree of success: Subhuman
and Taming Tammy were both released on DVD internationally and both
played to sold out audiences at international film festivals. Most recently she produced the live production of Good People at Studio 1398 with Jennifer Copping and Rhonda Dent, starring Nancy Sivak and Linda Darlow (both of whom were nominated for Jessie Awards for their performances.)
Paralee has studied acting with Larry Moss in Vancouver (who coaches Leonardo DiCaprio and Hilary Swank among many others), and musical theatre at the Circle In The Square Theatre School on Broadway in New York City, has a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and
enjoys playing volleyball in her spare time.
